This is the filing fee for all original complaints, counterclaims, and third party complaints with the NJS Court.
Protest Demotion To The IPA

If you haven't paid ARNA constitutional dues within the allotted time frame for dues collection, you will need to petition the Court to contest your demotion to the IPA and be reinstated as an ARNA National.
Notice of Appeal from Local Jural Society Judgments

Cases originally heard by a Local Jural Society can be appealed to the National Jural Society for reconsideration.
Motion to Reconsider NJS Judgments

Cases originally heard by the NJS Court cannot be appealed to the same Court. To afford parties an opportunity for remedy in case of errors on the part of the Court, parties may simply file a Motion to Reconsider the Judgment and submit their arguments and memorandum in support.
