Default Judgment Entered
Defendant, who was serving a probationary term when this case manifested, was ordered to show Just Cause for why a Default Judgment should not be issued against him for violating his probation and misrepresenting himself as a Jurist. Defendant failed to show Just Cause or submit any evidence pursuant thereof. Defendant filed a Motion to Vacate the Default Judgment, but failed to offer any excusable neglect as proof of why he failed to show Just Cause. The Court offered a reprieve for Defendant to resubmit a corrected motion on the Default Judgment, and Defendant rejected the offer. Defendant has been demoted from ARNA National status and rendered to the status of IPA National, on the condition that he satisfies the $4,680.00 in judgment damages paid to Plaintiffs and serves an initial three (3) year probationary term in the IPA with no infractions while attending sessions with an Indigenous Psychologist for psychological evaluation.
Default Judgment Entered
The Defendant chose not to file an answer to the complaint and initial plea offer, and instead requested to delay the proceedings until 2025. The court agreed to delay the trial until 2025, but did not allow the Defendant to avoid filing timely responses to the pleadings. The Defendant ceased communications with the Court and the Prosecutor in October 2024, and did not show up for the trial hearing on February 2nd, 2025.
Default Judgment Entered
A Default Judgment was entered against the Defendant, after she failed to comply with Court orders and submitted no material evidence to support her accusations against the Plaintiff. The greater weight of admissible evidence was submitted by the Plaintiff supporting his claims of defamation. Defendant began spreading more defamatory and suspicious communications that posed a threat to the national security of ARNA, causing the Court to accelerate its decision on the matter.
Case Dismissed
The Claimant filed her case, and the Counterclaimant filed counterclaims. Claimant failed to communicate with the Court when attempting to schedule a trial, and the case was dismissed with prejudice.
Default Judgment Entered
The Defendant demanded a trial, but ceased communications with the Court when attempting to schedule a trial and retrieve the Defendant's defenses. The Plaintiff motioned for a Default Judgment, and it was granted. The Defendant has since expatriated from the ARNA jurisdiction.
